Program Design:

Identifying an appropriate set of objectives, a program of work, schedule, staffing requirements and budget estimate, based on an appreciation of the client agency, the community concerned, the issues involved and the key actors.

Project Management:

Recruiting and selecting suitable staff and managing a program on schedule and within budget, subject to revisions with the client as needed. (See Representative Projects)

Research:

Carrying out applied research combining several qualitative, low-profile methods to produce relevant data for managers rapidly. This includes the evaluation of ongoing programs based on use-tested criteria, and reports designed for implementation by line management.

Training:

Designing and leading training programs, including the development of training materials, to suit the needs of specific situations combining information and skills from a broad range of applied social science and management training with two decades of professional experience.
